K4 thru 2nd grade's ASAP for the week was a Cardiovascular song called the Jumping Jack. We then reviewed the cues for Overhand Throwing (T, L, Step and Throw) and practiced throwing against the wall with an emphasis on accuracy. We ended class playing the classic throwing game named Clean Up Your Backyard!
3rd thru 8th grade's ASAP was a MS/ME activity called Sumo. We then reviewed the rolling cues for bowling (step and swing ring-a-ling) and learned the basic 4 step approach to bowling. We finished class by continuing to play Bowling Bingo from last week.
